Our return policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you don't, we've made the return and exchange process easier.

Return conditions
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging .

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs are non -refundable .

  • Personalized or final clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We only accept returns for orders placed through our online store. If your purchase was made at one of our retail locations, please contact them.

Return procedure

Carefully package your product and include your order form in the package.

Please keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds / Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request within 10 business days .

  • Manufacturing delays for an exchange item may apply.

  • Amarok reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet the return conditions.

Exception for the holiday season
  • Orders placed between November 15th and January 2nd can be returned until January 15th .

Warranty Details

We cover manufacturing defects (seams, fabrics, tailoring) within 90 days of receiving your order.

If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos of the defective product and your order number at the following address: info@amarokgear.com

We will respond to you within 1-2 business days .

If your purchase was made at one of our retail locations, the same terms and conditions and exclusions apply, but you should proceed with this one.

Warranty Exclusions


  • Normal wear and tear due to use of the product.

  • Damage caused by the dog (bites, scratches, excessive pulling).

  • Damage caused by an accident (tear, cut by blunt object, burn, etc.)
  • Products modified after purchase void the warranty.

  • Products purchased for resale or second-hand.

Durability and maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your product:


  • Hand wash or machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle.

  • Do not use a dryer.

  • Avoid rough surfaces and rubbing with abrasive objects.

Delivery Policy

We aim to provide you with a fast and efficient delivery service. Here are our delivery terms:

Delivery to Canada

Free delivery for all orders of $100 or more before taxes and applicable discounts.

Delivery times in Quebec are 1 to 3 business days. For the rest of Canada, delivery times are 1 to 7 business days.

International delivery

  • Delivery times: 5 to 10 working days .

  • Tax and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
